"I order a mattress and the only reason I order from JCPenney was brace it was supposed to be delivered a week after I put in the order, after many calls to JCPenney customer services and a month later yesterday i finally got my mattress. One whole month later, not sure why they lie and say it will only take a week when in fact took a month and no one could tell me an exact day my mattress would arrive.
