"Slowest drive through I've ever been through at night. Took 25 minutes to move one car through. I've been to resturaunts with only 2 employees working and gotten my food faster. I would rather go hungry than come here again. Wouldn't let me rate 0 but 0/10"

"Let's see where to start. I set drive through for twenty minutes and then Wet inside for. Another 30 minutes got my food asked for some CondimentsAnd he said we don't have nothing right now."

"Honest to God, worst McDonalds Night crew. Rude staff, and my food was cold upon pick-up. I made an online order, and was treated with an attitude after the staff couldn't figure out what I ordered despite giving them the order number twice. The line was terribly long, about a solid 10 cars long with each order taking about 5 minutes per."

"Placed a mobile order: However, just observing while waiting in the dining area for about 15-20 mins. I’ve noticed that customer service isn’t their main focus. Customers stood there waiting to have their order taken while 3 or 4 people were placing orders in a bag. They were just standing there waiting for the orders to get done. I’m not sure if they think the order will walk off, but that could have been a stoping point to take an order. Only saying this because I worked for McDonald’s before and there were a few times I did drive-thru, and the dining area and the turnaround was much quicker than what I just witnessed. Food: ordered a big Mac bottom bun was hard as if it’s been sitting there and toasted over again and the middle bun was soggy."

"Lettuce was brown, tomatoes look like they had been sitting out for a day & the bun was hard as a rock. Basically it seems like this sandwich was made yesterday!"
