"Today is February 9, 2024. It is 1:30 PM and I just left from ordering two sub of the day. I did not get the two women names that were serving me but they were very very sweet all of their services. They were very quick they were very kind and I really appreciate that. I didn’t feel well and I needed a pick me up and they were very very sweet, even the other customers was sweet. Good vibes bring good vibes. I will leave the most special review because they made my day so much better thank you"

"I placed my order at my work that’s 5 min away, I walked in and knew my food wasn’t ready so waited off to the side. Manger asked “are you here for pickup” I said “Yes” she Said “it literally just came up” then told the other customer “I don’t know why people do that it just came up.” I literally didn’t even go to ask if it was ready I was just waiting off to side until app said ready. I’ll be going to another subway that’s another min away."

"This owner needs his franchise revoked. I can't get a refund as of yet. I ordered on the app and my food says it's ready but when I go no one is there. I can't call Subway because they are "digital" now. I want a REFUND! *Update* The owner sent me a copy and pasted reply. So far has ignored my asking for a refund. I will be filing a BBB complaint next."
