"My fries were soggy and cold, my chicken strips were barely warm, and not to mention this is the second time I ordered the baconator combo with no mayo, it still had mayo on it and it was missing the cheddar cheese sauce and I wasn't informed if it was out and if that was the case I wouldn't have gotten it. Plus three half strips of bacon that were on it doesn't make it a baconator. Also anytime you order sauce with the strips it never gets put in the bag. Absolutely horrible!"
"It was 10:30pm when I got there an order my food. Both my cheese champ sandwich’s was cold and my fry lover xl omg my fries was old and cold and for them to not be busy cause I was the only car my food should’ve been fresh and hot but instead it was cold, old and nasty. I wouldn’t recommend this place for nothing it’s a zero for me….."
"Spent 40 mins in drive thru. Arrived @ 5:05 order taken at 5:25. Pulled up to window @5:39 and still had to pull around to wait for food. There were only 3 cars in line when I got to location. It wasn't busy. Last time I make that mistake."

"I was dashing, walked in lobby they said it was closed if I was dashing had to use drive through. Once you're in the drive through you cannot pull out because of a curb. The food was in the warmer box when I was in there but they made me wait in a line for 32 minutes just for them to hand it to me."
