"Recently purchased a great looking refrigerator for our office. It looks new, works great, delivery and install was fast and professional, and it was easily less than 50% of the cost of new- if not more. The store is conveniently located right off the Watterson. Check this store out 1st."
"Unfortunately, we will not come back to do business. We have bought 2 appliances in the past and they worked just fine. We bought a refrigerator from this business in October for our rental property. We had new tenants move in, in December and had this refrigerator for 2 weeks and the compressor went out. I drove to Hampton Appliance, to see if they could make it right but they refused. I'm aware of the 30 day warranty but the tenants only used the refrigerator for 12 days. Just disappointed that they will not make this right and now out over $400 and have to buy another one. I no longer trust this company, buyer beware."
"My daughter needed a washer when she moved out on her own, Hampton’s appliance was a great place to go for a quality used washer. They they were very knowledgeable and helpful with exactly what she needed and had several to choose from. Great staff great experience. It was a very affordable way for her to get a washer. Delivery and set up. We’re also a breeze . Definitely worth looking into if you’re in the market for appliances."
