"This location seemed to have corrected its problems. I have the Starbucks app and ordering online is available. Look for the “mobile ordering” banners right outside the store. I bypassed the line of 20 people by having the Starbucks app. Got my order if coffee and hot danish within 7 minutes of ordering. It appears from the regular line they were getting coffee out very efficiently in about 3-5 minutes for everyone. Very polite and even a little dancing to the music behind the counter."

"Waited for 35 minutes had to leave before we got our drinks because plane was boarding. Asked for refund I couldn't receive one because no manager was there. Tried to give me the begal I ordered and it was wrong flavor and has mold on it. Still waiting for 26$ refund"

"Extremely slow service. The staff struggle with the ability to listen to customers. My order was made incorrectly three times. Multiple customers around me were also requesting fixes for their orders as well. I waited in line to place my order for 20 minutes and there were only three other customers in front of me. One of the worst Starbucks I've ever visited."

"We stood in line for over 20 minutes waiting for someone. I asked to speak with a manager that never showed up. With a line out the door NO ONE was informed that they were only taking mobile orders. When a guest was finally able to take to the manager the manager had an extremely nasty attitude and said “we’re only taking mobile orders in which the guest asked “ how is anyone supposed to know” the manager responded I just told you. The manager proceeded to say I’ll be taking mobile orders for the next 20 min the guest said I board in 20mins. The manager said “oh well I don’t know what to tell you”. She then walked off and said “I said what I said.” VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. You work with the public you don’t leave a line of people standing in line with NO signs or communication. Do better especially if your going to hold the title of a Manager!!!!!"
