Scooter's Coffee

"The lady who took our order was sweet. We order two items. A waffle maple sandwich and a bacon burrito. At almost $5 bucks a piece, I was expecting something a little bit bigger. This thing was close to the size of my palm. It was a tiny Tortilla shell. Half of it had super hot pockets and the other side was ice cold. My fiances sandwich was so super hot. Hot enough it burnt our lips. Lol They were okay. They weren't worth paying the 10 something we did for them. It would have been cheaper to go elsewhere or just make them at home."

"I’ve been here twice in the last couple of days and it has been great both times. First got a coffee with French vanilla that was awesome, today I got an iced mocha. If you need a mid day boost get ya an iced coffee from scooters!!"

"Ordered a hot Americano with cream and sugar and a Pumpkin Spice Iced Latte. Customer service was not good as the staff was not trained on product and were not friendly. The cashier(Barista?) was not sure how many shots were in the Americano, nor what the size of drinks were. Latte was fine (not very coffee flavor, lots of sweet) Americano was literally room temperature, as in takes heat out of your hand while you hold it, and it was less than full, being half an inch from the rim, and had a ton of cream, or was milk based instead of water based(Americano is a water based drink). We came back around to get the drink remade, and they said I got what I ordered, so I said no, it needs to be hot. She reluctantly took it back and gave me another minutes later that was now maybe 100°(a far cry from the typical 175-185 my coffee shop serves). You need staff training on all menu products as well as customer service relations. I was truly looking forward to tasting your hot coffee. I left very disappointed and honestly scared to drink the Luke warm drink as the staff seemed so upset that they had to remake my drink. Eek! I'd love a refund!"

"Went to pick a coffee and a smoothie. Pumpkin caramel is delicious, and the strawberry smoothie was devine. This place is drive-through only. Service was quick, considering the long line. The gals were very sweet. Next time you want a drink, do a drive-through at scooters and say hi to the ladies!"

"Scooter's is takeout only, they open early, 5am. The family loves the blended/ frozen drinks. My only complaints are; the regular brewed coffee is just average, if you like strong tasting coffee you'll need to add a shot even to their dark brew. The main reason I won't get brewed coffee again is the cup/lid. On two occasions as I picked up my cup at my desk the top popped off and got coffee all over my papers, the next time I had just stood up at my desk ,picked up the cup, tilted to take a drink and off popped the top. Down my shirt, on my chair, all over the desk and keyboard. We will continue to get the cold drinks as they have a whole different cup and have never had an issue with them."
