Domino's Pizza,

"I normally don’t leave reviews but after three or four times of ordering from this location, I felt that it was needed. Last night I ordered a pizza at 11:23 P.M. And didn't receive my pizza until 1:30 a.m. When the pizza arrived it was cold and needed to be warmed up. Before the pizza was delivered to us the tracking stated that it had been delivered, but it wasn't. We called the store and they stated that they only had one driver and it would be a bit of a wait. I understood being short-staffed staffed but having a customer wait 2 hours for a pizza is insane. At one we kept calling the store but it was closed so we decided to go up to bed. Thirty minutes later a pizza arrived. The delivery driver was kind and apologized but I was very frustrated to say the least. Two hours waiting on cold pizza, would you not be disappointed? I normally don’t jump to get Papa John’s or another pizza brand but I think that’s the only choice seeing that the service and product from this location is lacking severely. The few times before this the pizza has been cold or they’ve called me telling me that they didn’t have a delivery driver to bring me my pizza??! Or the pizza has been straight soggy and poorly made. Also, not to mention they have a hard time answering the phone. This dominos location is a joke. Papa John’s for the win I guess…"

"Im never going back to this dominos again i payed for a ranch cup when i got there i gave the guy the 84 cents for it That's on my receipt than he walked away and said why are you still standing there i said i need my ranch he said i dont know if you can read or not but sign says its 84 cents i said yes the 84 cents i just gave you its even on my receipt he said i dont care i need 84 MORE cents if you want your ranch and than threw my pizza on the counter and walked away rude for NO reason if you hate your job dont work there!!! Never coming back ill go to marcos pizza where they are nice to their customers"

"Placed the order via the app at 8:30 pm. It is now 11:22 pm and still have not received the order. We called several times. However, no one answered the phone at the store. In the mean time, they took my money, and we have nothing to show for it. Customer service is null and void. A refund and a free pizza at this stage is not enough. This store suffers from severe mismanagement and no customer service. Needless to say, we will not order Domino’s again."

"Several photos, Pizza's are most of the time fine, Parm Bites are random, sometimes uniform and well cooked, other times tiny and hard. Sometimes 15-20 carryout, 1.5 hrs and sometimes no carryout available. Heck sometimes online ordering isn't an option. Probably due to employees being cycled out so rapidly at this location."

"Pizza was fresh out of the oven, loaded with toppings and prepared correctly. It should have been really delicious but for some reason it wasn't I don't know why. It was ok. Stuffed breadsticks were gooey and cheesy. Brownie was slightly overcooked."
