"I was surprised at how good the breakfast sandwich was. The price was high but not bad considering how much everything else is. The service at this location was mixed. I did not enjoy the drive through service but the next day the service at the counter was good. This is not in the best neighborhood but the store was clean and staff friendly."

"I walked in to order my coffee because drive- thru person wasn't understanding me. Walked in .. they're "yelling" about the person who was in front of me at drive through.. then proceeded to YELL at me... thinking I was them.. then was still rude to me after I explained I wasn't and tried to explain that I wasn't that customer... still rude.. when I told them they had got my order wrong as well... highly disappointed in the service! Need new employees cuz the old lady us rude as heck!! Usually really good service."

"Usually go 2 the Preston Hwy location and order avocado toast. This location just gave me avocado on 2 slices of untoasted bread which tasted not good. The avocado toast is 3.00 and some change a slice so I expect it 2 be how its supposed 2 come toasted. I had 2 call and drive back up here for them remake my order. So I would suggest checking your stuff before driving off. Its a shame you got to check if something was toasted. As I'm sitting here writing the review another car just pulled up and brought food back 2. Idk what is going on at this location. I get better customer service and food quality at the Preston location. Which is weird because they don't seem to have as many people working as they have at this location when I come in."

"The best customer service I've ever received from anywhere is this dunkin donuts. I can't say this enough, and I can't tell enough people how amazing the staff here is. I go here every morning/afternoon through the week while I'm at work and the customer service given to me has been nothing but perfect. I've only been through the drive through but the way these ladies work I'm sure it's clean. Drive thru is always fast and easy to order. The worker always repeats the order back to me and my food is always great. The only down fall I can think of is the hashbrowns are soft. I like crunchy hashbrowns, some may like them soggy but I think it's the grease because it also has a odd taste. The coffee is great. I've finally bought dunkin donut ground coffee for my the weekends when I'm not near this dunkin donuts. Also they offer breakfast all day."
