"I have been going to this locations since it opened. The service used to be awesome the blenders perfect. Over the last few months the staff has changed and blenders have been aweful. When I ask for them to remake because there isn’t an extra shot that I paid for in. I’m met with all kind of attitude. Today the level up machine wasn’t working. No extra shot and they even had to remake it cause no extra drizzle as well."
"Scooters: I'm giving a 4 star for Scooters as a whole. I actually give Scooters a 5 star because I think they offer better options for us picky people. I love that they have the redbull infused drinks, and their cinnamon rolls are amazing and warm. Taste: I've been here about 5 times, and only one time, my coffee tasted like old milk or cream, possibly. It could have been a weird flavor, but I get my hot coffee made the same way at all coffee places and even here. My fiance hasn't ever had an issue with his drinks. He gets frappes and mochiatos. Service: The customer service here has usually been good. They don't rush me, but I know one of the times I asked if I could have vanilla flavoring in my drink. She plain out just give me a no. It was awkward silence for a second, and then she went on to explain they were out. Customer service wise, it could've been a little friendlier, but maybe they are just learning the way of the world."
