"Horrible service they had the gates half down and a sign that says not open but people were in there eating. When I went in and made my order the girl behind the counter was rude and very grouchy that I was ordering"

"I work for doordash. I received a message that the order was ready. I pull up to the drive thru to make an order for myself. I then told her I have an order for doordash. I was told to come inside to pick it up. It felt as though they were saying peasants don't get drive thru nor or courtesy."

"Its a good place to eat far as fast food goes but at the lunch time rush its so hectic inside the store. I went in to pick up a order today and it was wall to wall. But customer service is great food is on point"

"This was the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I experienced. My daughter and i stopped to eat there on our way to Louisville. When we got to the register, there was a “young lady” who looked at us and continued doing what she was doing. Assuming that she was busy, we patiently waited for her to at least acknowledge we were there (which never happened). Finally, i asked if we could order (keep in mind, there were no other customers in line)she rudely asked what we needed? We ordered our food and i asked was she having a bad day? Her response was “girl, just because I didn’t jump when you all got here…” I then told her to cancel our order and return out money and we would go somewhere else. I asked to speak to the manager and much to my surprise, she advised me that she WAS the manager! Not sure how she became a manager but she is neither an asset nor beneficial to the Wendy’s corporation! They need to have more in-depth training on customer service! Awful! Wendy’s can do better!"

"Don’t get lured in because of the play place! This place is very dirty the floors the bathrooms the playset absolutely disgusting! The actual wendy’s Food was what you would expect except on the lower end. It took 25 minutes for a cheeseburger catchup only and a chicken wrap. overall wasn’t worth it Definitely not coming back. Time to go shower."
