"Seemed as if there were no employees working. I did not want to use the kiosk so I tried to get the attention of someone to take my order but nobody came forward. I had to use the kiosk to order. When our order finally arrived, my wife's fish sandwich became a quarter pounder. My nuggets were not warm and did not taste fresh. Worst McDonald's that I've ever been to."
"After an unfortunate mistake of ordering to the wrong location on the mobile app (in which I ordered a big order right before they closed to the wrong store by mistake) I felt absolutely terrible about it. The worker in the pink hoodie here was quick to assure me everything was okay, and very quick to get our drinks and food. Nuggets were made fresh, and the service was so polite. I did not catch his name, but he deserves a raise for being so kind to customers. Very much appreciated, and I will be back during normal operating hours."
"I tried to place a mobile order from the App again after telling myself that I would never use the App again to place an order, which is due to previous bad experiences that include not getting money back for something that I paid for and didn’t get due to many different excuses that range from we don’t refund Mobile App orders to we can’t find your order! Today when I got to the location to pick up the food they tell me they are now serving lunch so they wouldn’t be fulfilling my order, offered to change my order, I agreed to it, but of course they couldn’t change it so they cancelled it, the preauthorization was pending, and they offered no solution, the only suggestion was to place a new order with them, which I couldn’t do due to the lack of communication and customer service skills at this location and App orders, they know that this is a reoccurring issue for the business, yet they have no plan in place to solve the problem! All I wanted was the food, it was our first meal of the day, and the managers offer no problem solving skills, didn’t care to accommodate me!"
"It took this place 3 times to get my order right. A #2 A plain. It's super simple. Burger with just cheese. 3rd round I didn't have time to wait so I just left with the wrong order. Service was fine, they apologized and were super helpful which I can appreciate. But 3 times to get a burger with just cheese wrong is a bit absurd. They weren't even busy."
"Facility was clean, longer than usual wait for fries. Customer service was not wonderful but they were not rude. Fries were hot and fresh."
