Papa Johns Pizza

"I use to order here once or twice a week, but not now. The deals they have make the pizzas much more expensive than Domino's and Pizza Hut. The cheapest large is still $11 with a coupon. I wish they would offer the same deals as all the other Papa johns."

"I used to love this place. Not anymore. They are overpriced and lack quality. I am someone that never makes negative reviews, but someone needs to. They have changed. Not just price but quality. Sauce on pizza is low, toppings you pay for are scarce, and extra sauces you order and pay for are a joke, they are a teardrop of sauce. You have to order 5 or more to get even one sauce you would get from Little Caesars or other pizza places for less. Insane. This place is no longer the best pizza place is Montgomery County KY. It's a scam. Sadly. Check everywhere else first."

"We order here every time we are in the area. Earlier this week, we ordered a pizza with pepperoni and 16 cheeses (I think that is what my husband said). It was amazing! The next day, we were back in town so we ordered another of same thing. Since we are camping and not headed back to the campsite right away, my husband asked for 4 forks. The first young lady was going to give them to him, but another lady said you only get a fork with a bowl! Well, we would have accepted the bowls, but none given. So we got pizza sauce everywhere. How disappointing! You are aware that a lot of people come to this area from out of state, right? The only Papa John’s we like are this one and one in Gatlinburg. I probably won’t order again unless I ask for forks first. It doesn’t seem like losing a customer over 4 plastic forks is the best idea. I’m giving 4 stars bc the pizza is excellent, but the customer service could use a bit of a tweak."
