"Got a VENTI dragon drink with super light ice and the man gave me a FULL VENTI CUP of ice with LESS than a SMALL of the actual drink. Asked him to FIX HIS MISTAKE I PAID FOR and he said no he refused to fix it without me buying a whole new drink again. Why would i purchase 2 drinks to have it made the right way it was ordered? Dont go early in the morning to this untrained non professional boy working."

"If I could rate zero stars, I would. It was by far the worst Starbucks I've been too. I ordered a venti size caramel frappuccino with 5 extra pumps of caramel and I was given a grande size with no extra caramel in the cup. Totally not what I ordered so definitely not going back to that location."

"If I could give no stars I would. I’m so mad I’m writing this while still in the lobby area! The women was rude I was very specific about my drink and still they messed it up three times and every time I got it it was less and less full! The target manager went and tried to tell them and still they couldn’t even fill it up all the way! I’ve worked for Starbucks for a long time and never would you ever great your customers like this! I will never buy from them again and I will be making another post to social media because like I said it’s three times they could not get it right!"
