"WORST scheduling service EVER. They came to fix the AC, then needed to come back to fix the thermostat to the heat. Said they'd come back the next day. Didn't come back for 2 MONTHS!! They came back today, 6 hours late, to fix the heat thermostat... then the AC broke again. Now we have NO AC and God knows when they will be back to fix it. Jeff the technician went above and beyond by bringing an AC window unit- even though the office had closed for the day. I am 8 months pregnant. With 90 degree weather outside, this was a great gesture. The world needs more tech's like Jeff and less poor schedule coodinators like the ones at their office."
