"My wife and I were in Lexington, KY and decided to have a late lunch before going home 30 miles away. We hadn't eaten at Bob Evans in a few years because there is not one in our small town. Our visit was a pleasant one that includes a young gentleman who was our server. He was so polite, professional and pleasant it made our visit a very positive experience, and yes I tipped accordingly. My wife is lactose intolerant and our server was gracious in answering her questions about possible dairy products in the choices she was considering. Our meals arrived in a timely manner and were hot and presented very well. The restaurant was clean and inviting with the ambiance perfect for a quiet meal. I'm sure we will return next time we are in the area."
"Stopped to have a bite before heading back to NC because their is no Bob Evans and my family from Cleveland like Bob Evans. Food was good, hot, flavorful, and delicious, service phenomenal. With tax, and tip for family of six hit us over $100. Tricia was a delight and kept our beverages flowing without us asking. Atmosphere was nice with a great mixture of different ages. Place was clean, bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but it wasn't filthy just smelled worse than it actually looked. Definitely can't help that part!"
