McDonald's 2271 Elkhorn Road, Lexington, KY 40505

"The food was fine. I ordered a burger, a drink, and an oatmeal. All were good, except they didn't give me the apples for the oatmeal. It was just before 10pm and the manager was rushing me to order, said she read going to close this side down. Then she rushed me out the door and didn't allow me to eat my food. Said the lobby was closed. I said the sign on the door said 11pm. She told me, that no it doesn't, it's 10 on Sunday, it's 11 Monday thru Friday. It did say 11pm on the door, and on the website. Drive thru is open till midnight. So I had to sit in the parking lot and eat in the car. I've been to McDonalds many times where they closed earlier than expected, but not once was I rudely forced out the door."

"Tonight, New Years Eve wasnt their usual. Fries were old. That being said in the mornings they are great. I will update this when i get their names cause they deserve recognition but there are 3 people that just are on top of it and make sure you get the service you deserve. Marla taking orders is such an asset to the company. There is a Hispanic guy at the food window that is always so pleasant especially for 610 AM and my wife and i do have a favorite, i think her name is Taten, she might be a manager but when my wife orderes her medium coffee with 8 creams and 8 sugars she is the only one to go the extra mile and stir it up. She also is so cheerful, its refreshing to see such good people doing such a good job."

"McDonalds is always a great place to visit for any time of day. I know my food is very clean. Also they cared about my needs. They alright with me. BEST! Biscuits n gravy I ever had!"

"I'm not the type to complain but it is what it is, each time I have went there I either end up with the wrong food or something is wrong with my food like I would order no pickles and they would have pickles stuff like that. It's not a big deal to pick stuff off but when it happens all the time it gets frustrating, that's just one example. I've noticed if you go late night around 11pm it's a lil better. I hope ur experience is better than mine."

"It's McDonald's, what made it different was the people who served me, they were all so nice and greeted me and told me to have a nice day, with a bright and happy attitude. It really makes my day when employees are nice and they took care having a good day."
