"This Taco bell location is the absolute best . The appearance of the food was exactly like the advertisements. They were filled with pirtions you would expect them to be . The service was exceptional, and the friendliness of the staff was professional and top-notch. The service was quick and precise, and the food was handled with care instead of just thrown into the bag like other locations. I can't wait to visit this lovation again."

"Ordered through the mobile app. Go through drive thru and let them know I placed an order through the app. After a very long pause, they tell me to pull forward. After pulling forward to the window, they tell me they don’t have a mobile order for me. No big deal, I’ll just order here then. They tell me no and that I have to pull back through the drive thru line which is considerably long and was long the first go through. It just seems really dumb on their part. If they had just told me they hadn’t received it at the drive thru speaker, I could’ve just ordered there lol. FYI, the mobile app support is garbage and you’ll spends weeks trying to get a refund for stuff like this. Very thankful I used a credit card and could get this resolved with a quick call to them and initiate a dispute on the charge."

"This store is just NASTY. It’s like nobody cares about basic customer service the past two times I was here 3 months ago. The food was bad, they gave me attitude for making me wait 20 minutes, and the kicker is they let 3-4 people in to use a malfunctioning bathroom! That’s BEYOND unsanitary! Employees at other Taco Bell locations, including Richmond Rd and Harrodsburg Rd, at least know how to act in a workplace and not in a elementary school. People on phones, talking their lungs out, and one lady ran and tripped over herself like she’s on a second grade field trip. Corporate has to clear out and renovate this location because it needs it. Bad."
