"Customer service and food quality have plummeted. It's not what it used to be a few months ago. In our last visit, the waitress wouldn't pay attention to our order, and when I had eaten like 1/3 of my fried tilapia I discover it was undercooked inside. When I let the waitress know, she could only offer me to take it back to the kitchen and refried it. I'm not sure how hygienic that is."
