"After some bad experience back 20 years ago, I wowed never to return to a Golden Coral. Well, things changed, and for the better. The food was plentiful and great tasting with a large variety. The place is clean, pleasant and the staff is nice. We will return if we are in the area again."

"Glad they are finally open again. Some awkwardness as things get back together - it is now cafeteria style service no longer buffet - they have limited staff so when I went up to buffet, I had to wait and actually walked off at one point when no one came. I went back a few minutes later when I saw someone else being served because I knew someone was available to serve. There is nothing like buying into one of their pieces of lettuce and hearing and feeling the crunch - now that is fresh! I got 2 items I didn't like and felt bad for wasting the food, but just couldn't eat them. The green bean and kidney bean salad and cornbread muffin were too sweet. I did NOT expect sugar in either of these items and just couldn't get past the sweetness. The items were ok if you like sugary sweet things, but I don't and those are not items I expect to find sugar in. Service excellent. Friendly, helpful staff. Staff all wearing masks and gloves and will fill your plate for you."
