Subway

"Service needs attention. They have the drive-through working 1/2 the time. They force you to go in the store. The manager has shut the place down at 4pm on a weekday. Please get some steady help there."

"I sat in the drive-through for a long time no one responded. I did see a Subway worker, a lady on her phone outside that finally went inside, so I drove up to the drive-through window only to hear her tell another worker, tell the man that drive through is closed. Hard to believe at 2pm the drive through would be closed with no sign saying so, Plus I was told I need to go inside to order my sandwich. It's my opinion they just didn't want to mess with customers in the drive through. Plus last week when I was there I ordered a sandwich with double meat on wheat. They didn't even give me the right sandwich through the drive through but I didn't have time to discuss it I just left. Being a business owner myself, and if I was the owner of this Subway, I would certainly want to know how poorly customers are treated. I will never come back to this subway again."

"Overall pretty bummed about this place. I work long hours on and weekend and can’t leave our building for lunch. I used to always get a sandwich in the morning before work (around 7:45am) and I’d eat half for breakfast and half for lunch. It worked out perfectly. Now they have changed the hours to 8am. So that’s bummer #1. Bummer #2 is that the drive through is almost always closed. There is a neon sign in the front of the gas station that says if it’s open or not but if you come from the other way you don’t know. Also it’s super inconsistent. Sometimes it’s open at noon, sometimes it’s not. Etc. they are also inconsistent with their online ordering. Sometimes it’s up at 7am when they open, sometimes not till 8am. They are SO slow…like sooooo slow that I order my food online first and then just go in and pick it up. Even then there’s been plenty of times the footlong is a 6” and they have to remake it. ALSO, the food isnt consisting. Sometimes the bread tastes fresh, sometimes it’s old, stale and crusty. Overall I’m just really bummed about it. Hopefully the franchise owner gets some better employees or picks up the slack themselves. This won’t last otherwise."

"Watch ordering the cold cut combo at the subway I've been to several in my life and on the cold cut combo you got ham turkey and bologna this one only gives you bologna and they tried to tell you that it's made up together no they just give you double bologna"

"This franchise is conveniently close to my house, so I've come here plenty of times because of that reason. I am posting this review today because each time I have come here, they are EXTREMELY SLOWWWWW in making the order thru the drive thru!! Seriously, 1 sandwich takes 10 minutes. I don't understand... Nor do I understand why there has NEVER been a chocolate chip cookie available every time I've come here. Today, they have "1 oatmeal raisin left". Makes no sense. I hope the manager, franchise owner or SOMEONE sees this. Your employees need a little help."
