McDonald's

"I don’t know if this location came under new management or something, but this McDonald’s has progressively become one of the absolute worst I have even been to over the past year. They will get your order wrong so often that I started tracking how often they screwed mine up and how often they got it right. 25%, that’s the percentage of orders that they got CORRECT over the last 6 months or so. For reference, my order is literally just a drink, fries, and a plain burger. How do you mess that up almost every time? I tried to branch out to a Big Mac last week and what they gave me was not only wrong, but two of the patties had been ripped in half and just thrown onto the buns anyway and so much Big Mac sauce had been dumped on the burger that it was physically impossible to actually pick up the burger in one piece because it was like trying to hold 4 separate wet bars of soap together. The level of incompetence is honestly appalling. The only person at this point who does their job right is whoever is taking the orders, and half the time that is because I can see what they are putting in the order and can correct them when they get it wrong. I really hope they get it together sometime this century because when I first started coming to this McDonald’s they were actually better than most of the others, but at this point you might as well just tell them “surprise me” when you order your food because most likely you aren’t going to get what you want."

"We stopped at this location for a quick rest stop on a Saturday afternoon and to get a hot fudge Sunday. We ordered and paid for it over the kiosk and waited 20 minutes before getting our item.. There were only a couple of people in the lobby waiting as well.. It seemed like they were more interested in taking care of Door Dash than the live customers in the lobby.. unless you like waiting for long periods, I suggest you use door dash if you want your meal in a timely manner."

"Stopped in today and ordered a Quarter Pounder meal. The young man at the register was so nice and respectful. I get my fries and they're brown and cool. I took them back and he apologized profusely and grabbed me some fresh ones. I wish that the two people who were standing at the fry station would be better at their job. I spoke loud enough for them to hear me when I made the comment about them being cold and old."

"Parking is sparse at this location. They are always clean in the restrooms- for a fast food place. What I noticed during this visit was the lack of employee interaction. Sadly, this seems to be the new normal. I order what I want inside without human interaction. And someone yells my number and walks off - leaving my bag on the counter."

"The service was good considering how busy this location was. I'm glad to know that McDonald's restaurants still have their dining rooms open during all the pandemic craziness, and the extra precautions they are taking for customers and employee safety. Food was freshly made when I ordered it, and prepared well. Apple Fritter was good."
