"I cannot recommend this location on richmond rd. Ordered 2 pizzas, one with meat and the other cheese. The toppings were very scarce and the cheese one was absolutely nasty. Super greasy..the color was orange. It looked so gross, wasn't sure if I even wanted to try it. I took paper towels and blotted it. The amount of grease was absolutely disgusting. We tried a few bites of the cheese but ended up throwing it away because it tasted so nasty. Super disappointed. And wasted $$"
"Not using quality ingredients like they used to. I grew up on Sir Pizza & they are not as good as they were. Most stores appear dirty & they used to use a shaved deli ham on their pizza & now it is chopped & tough with no flavor"
"Is it quick? No. Is it reasonably priced? Not at all. Is it clean? Lol no. Is the pizza good? Eh. Is the customer service good? Not even close. Will I absolutely smash a Royal Feast with a bowl of ranch? 1000% anytime."
"I am so sad to say this place was very disappointing. The food is actually really good. The worked was on the phone for 30 minutes and lost 4 different customers because she wouldn't hangup. We waited because they were the only place open. After a while she promised us the pizza would be done in 10 minutes. Now I don't expect that and that is okay but an hour later we still sat there waiting. Overall I was afraid to step foot through the front door. Very nice people but they really need some training and some care."
