"This location is absolute trash. I ordered a coat for my son to which they cancelled the order claiming they were out of stock. I walked into the store to pick up the rest of my order and the coat they claimed was out of stock was right there on the front of the rack. They told me I had to repurchase the coat which I refused to do and their manager Jordan threw attitude at me and was basically blaming me for the issue. Old navy is no longer a staple in my closet. Worst experience ever"

"The young lady at the register was so rude and knew nothing about her job I asked her about their sales and she knew nothing about them huffed and puffed about me taking longer than she wanted me too. Very disappointed with their customer service. Will not be going back."

"This location is OK. I would expect a better maintained building for the area. They are helpful and knowledgeable, but the women’s selection is usually lacking."

"Absolute disarray, I honestly couldn't tell you what the selection is like here, they might have your size your they might also have half the store on one shelf, so good luck finding literally anything."

"The store was just gross. Looked like a tornado went through. Clothes all over the floors, nothing folded just piled on tables. Junk just laying around. I know it's a "discount store" but I've seen goodwill stores that are in better shape."
