"I came in early this afternoon extremely apprehensive thinking about buying new tires. I was greated by Brittany and I think his name was Jason. The store was clean, and they fully explained the different tire options for my SUV and we picked out a set. Much to my surprise they even helped me get approved for no interest financing . They suggested a couple other different services available for my car WITH OUT any pressure when I declined. They ordered my tires and had them delivered and on my car THE SAME DAY! They even called me to keep me updated while they had my car. I walked out feeling like I had just visited a FRIEND. I can't thank you enough!"

"I took my car to get an oil change, rotate and balance tires. I asked if there were any coupons and the Service Advisor said no that I would need to bring the mailing coupon in. Yet, 30 minutes later he told someone on the phone to just go to the website and get a coupon! They said I had a nail in my tire so that needed repaired. They couldn't do the rotation because they said my rim was bent. They couldn't do the oil change because the drain plug was cross threaded. I paid over a hundred dollars for them to balance 4 tires and plug one tire. I usually go to a local non-corporate auto repair shop with a trusted mechanic. I only went to Big O because it was the weekend. I will go back to my mechanic to have these things addressed. The 3 star rating is really because of the customer service and them not offering the coupon, but it turned out not to matter anyway since they didn't do the oil change."

"Went today to get mine and my wife's oil changed on our vehicles. On the way home I noticed my truck was running a little funny. I get home and pop the hood to make sure I had oil in it, due to it running funny. Low and behold it had oil in it and on the engine cover, oh and what wad missing? My AIR FILTER! They didn't even completely close the air filter housing! If I could give it less than 1 star I would! Wouldn't recommend this place even to my worst enemy. Never again will I have them work on any of my vehicles!"
