"I drove thru about 1030 this morning, the line was long, but I wasn't going inside with 2 kids. I only ordered a drink order, which was not correct, and I don't go to Starbucks often so I felt like it was a waste of money. Did my Costco shopping and tried the drive thru about 1130 telling them about my wrong drink order. They were SO great! Didn't ask many questions and gave me the correct drink. I really appreciate the workers this morning! Thank you!"

"Placed a mobile order in the go on our way home from Gatlinburg TN. We pulled in and they had a line wrapped around the building and wow do they know how to churn out some drinks! Had our order ready in less than 10min. They know how to get it done! Staff was super nice and the manager was awesome!"

"I've visited this Starbucks a couple times. Today was raining and busier than usual, at least the drive thru was. I had to wait a little longer than usual, but was out within ten minutes. The staff were quite friendly and got my order right and the coffee tasted very good. This Starbucks in new and in front of Costco. Since it was quite busy and the cars waiting for the drive thru blocked the parking, I ended up parking in the Costco parking lot and walked over. I don't like to go through drive thru a if I can help it and when it's extra long, I can place my order inside quickly, even though I have the app, I didn't use it to order today. I recommend this one because of the location and it is bigger inside than two other ones nearby."
