McDonald's 2012 Harrodsburg Road, Lexington, KY 40503

"Customer service is non existent at this location. Come here at any given time no one will help. I had to order from the kiosk, no one brought my food out nor announced my order. My food was cold. I stood for ten minutes at the counter for creamers. Ice melted in my iced coffee ruining it! Everyone ignored me. For any food go nextdoor to Raising Cane's or Chick Fil A. Just don't waste your time and money here."

"While waiting 30+ minutes for an order inside with an empty lobby, I watched the manager/lead in a blue shirt with reddish/brunette hair, pale skin, be extremely rude, unprofessional, and borderline racist to her employees making sandwiches. She threw a temper tantrum and a hissy fit like a small child over 2 fish sandwiches. I'm disgusted with her behavior. She kept screaming I'm telling Carl, Carl is going to hear about this. Well Carl I hope you read this and stand up for your hardworking regular employees against this bully of a manager. I was a manager at a wendys for 4 years and I would of never belittled my employees in this manner. I'm appaled."

"Was there before they closed and did my order online in the app. I understand they are closing for Christmas, but I ordered and was there before they closed. I was behind a truck that they took thier order and told me sorry the app will refund me. When I was pulling away she said merry Christmas then called me an idiot. This is a shame that a hospitality business would treat a customer like this. The sad part is they just lost a customer that frequently eats at a McDonald's 6 times a week. Now who is the idiot. This is a ONE STAR REVIEW"

"The WORST McDonald's in town. The employees are vile!!! I was given the wrong order two times in a row and they had the audacity to argue with me. Absolutely Ridiculous! This location needs to wipe the slate clean and hire new employees starting with the management. Horrible Customer Service + Incompetent Employees = Wrong Orders and Horrible Food. I will NOT return ever or recommend, EVER!"

"I know we are busy people but how do you serve raw meat? How is the center that raw? I truthfully don't understand the level of service we were given! We stop here often and never never ever have had this serious of a mess up! Raw meat can be dangerous, and a killer!!!! Some retraining is needed!!!!! Please for my family and all other customers....please!!!"
