Big City Pizza Hamburg

"Used to come here somewhat frequently. However the very long wait times for food and noisy basketball game that kids climb onto, retrieve the basketballs, and play for free making tons of noise just make this an unpleasant dining experience. Will not be back as this has been experience the last 3 times I’ve come over a span of 6 months. Mod is a better option nearby."

"The pizza looked amazing. Tasted mediocre. We pizza regularly and this was parallel to a frozen pizza cooked at home. I really wanted it to be great food. I had been wanting to give this place a try for a while. The staff and atmosphere are great. There are some arcade games and a basketball game inside. The Mac and cheese wedges weren't awful."

"Came to check out their burger for burger week. Their tipsy bacon ranch steak burger is arguably the best we've had so far. It was a charbroiled beef patty topped with bacon bits, pickle, and garlic parmesan, ranch aioli and finished with a BBQ bourbon glaze. Our only complaint was that they were on the smaller side, just an FYI. We fought over who got the last portion, because it was that good. Very low key and chill atmosphere, with a few arcade style games to play."

"We were excited to try Big City Pizza during pizza week because they had some unique offerings. It was a dine in experience. Both the friendliness of staff and speed of service was lacking. There were four tables in the restaurant and all other tables had their food. However, we had to wait almost 30 minutes to get our pizzas. I understand there was likely to go orders, but 30 minutes seemed excessive. The pizza themselves were very flavorful but the Pig Newton picture on the Pizza Week had significantly more meat that the pizza we received."
