"Walked in, wasn’t busy, ordered a Grande Decaf w/ 3/4 almond milk and 6 pumps of cane syrup. Walk out to catch my ride. Coffee was lukewarm, literally a splash of almond milk , it tasted very bitter as if I was given the end of the coffee vs Fresh! It wasn’t hot at all and didn’t taste any sweetness from the syrup. For it not to be busy, this had to be worst coffee I’ve had from Starbucks. I called 3 times and no one answered. Yesterday I had this same exact order at the downtown location and gave a gracious thanks to the young lady who made my drink bc it was absolutely perfect, but the summit location made me waste my money. I would like a refund."
