"Expensive but I love the style!"
"Sincerely one of the oddest customer service experiences of my life. I asked an employee if they had any of their lounge sets in stock, and she just stared blankly at me. So I said “your knitted lounge sets - do you have any of those here?” and she mouthed through her overly filled lips “I don’t know what those are…” in an idiotic valley girl accent. So I left, and I don’t think that I’ll ever enter another Free People store as long as I live."
