"This has been my go-to Starbucks location for a while because it has always seemed so well-run. The staff is always pleasant and they get my drink right. However, the last few times I've been there, they've given me the half and half for my coffee in a separate cup on the side instead of putting it IN the coffee. It's been different people so I'm thinking this is some kind of management directive. This is super awkward, and I end up with WAY more half and half than I need. This a.m. I was handed a full tall cup of h&h with my grande coffee. I have no idea why this is a thing, but please stop it."
"This place is amazing! They are always uplifting and positive no matter how busy they are! Ray was the absolute best! So sorry he had to move to Florida but they have kept up the good work! He would be proud!"
"I ordered a venti Chai Latte and it cost $5.25 and they left over an inch of empty space at the top. The only reason I'm not rating it lower is because it still tasted really good and the drive-thru lady was nice."
"Normally, when I go to Starbucks they are perfect at my order, because it's pretty easy. I ordered a quad espresso! However, I got a venti frappuchino instead. I explained to the employee that this couldn't be my drink and they said that they had misunderstood my order and thought I wanted 4 espresso shots added to my drink. They immediately corrected the mistake by fixing me the correct drink and offering me a free lemon cake pop for my lost time! I appreciate the sweet treat, but I like my coffee black. I give it 4 stars because we can't always be perfect and when we make a mistake it's good to correct it."
