"This location should just close if the staff is going to be so bad. Today I found a coupon for a free small hot latte with any purchase. I ordered the small latte and a blueberry muffin. When I got to the window the cashier told me the coupon could only be used for “regular coffees” even though it clearly stated that it was for a free small hot LATTE with ANY purchase. Between this and all the times my drink has been half full or cold, I’m done with this place. What’s the point of having a staff that’s unpleasant, unprofessional, and untrained. A joke."

"Went through the drive thru window this morning. Since I can't hear to order at the menu. I got to window, girl tells me I have to drive around the building to order at the menu. I explained that I can't hear. She says, can you hear me now. Told her that I can read your lips. So she hastily took my order. This is appalling customer service. Your location needs to be trained how to customer service to deaf individuals."

"Walked in and ordered here. The staff was pleasant enough. Coffee was decent- though nothing spectacular. The worst was the donut. I got a coffee roll, which was just ok. As if I’d picked it up at Walmart. The donut was awful. It was hard and stale. I expected that if donut place was open, the baked goods would be fresh. Clearly, they were not fresh. I guess you have to get there in the morning to get fresh. Not impressed. Not at all."

"Spent a few hours here on Thanksgiving Day (working) and the staff were amazing. I asked them if I could sit and use wi-fi for a bit, on the laptop. It was no issue. Even though they had to work a holiday they all were in great moods. They cleaned the lobby, took care of customers, and made the best of thier time. They were certainly a team, and must have supportive management for the morale to be so high. I was there from about 12:45- 2:30 pm so I observed alot. I was so please that they did not resent working, and it made my work time pass as well. I had a bagel sandwich, which was hot and fresh like all Dunkins :) they had no issue with my special requests on no egg and extra toasted."

"The person at the drive-thru was very nice; however, the donuts were not. All of the ones I received hardly had any frosting on them, and what was more disappointing was the fact that when I bit into them, they were all raw. They were not slightly underdone. They were soggy and stretchy from the raw dough. They had to go straight into the trash :("
