Pizza Hut,

"Very disappointed in the change to Pizza Hut's delivery area. This store is 3.9 miles away from me, or about 10 minutes. I used to get delivery from this store. I don't know when the radius was reduced by I'm frustrated by it. I didn't order from Pizza Hut much over the years because I experienced repeated terrible service and terrible food. I wanted to order from them again to give them another chance, and it said that both of the stores that are close to me don't deliver to me anymore. Figures. I called the store to confirm and they said the delivery area was covering a smaller area. Several people I know are the same distance away as me and they can also no longer get delivery."

"Microwave would out pizza this hut...food resembles the picture somewhat but definitely smaller...order was moving around a bunch in the box...picture was a full box not half full. Called in and basically told that sorry we try"

"I spoke to the manager after trying To order pasta with cheese sticks and extra cheese. She said there was no way to do extra cheese on the order, yet Richmond Road Pizza Hut had no problem whatsoever doing so. The manager was rude and very unaccommodating."

"Absolute Trash. I ordered and paid extra for pan pizzas. What arrived was dehydrated frisbees. I had to drive down to the location to pick up two actual pan pizzas just to be told that what I had was actual pan pizza. The manager explained, "We've been so busy, it just didn't have enough time to proof" as if that's an excuse. Little does she know, I watch the Great British Baking Show and Paul Hollywood wouldn't even touch that pizza. How far the quality of Pizza Hut has fallen. Got a refund, this whole establishment is trash. Poorly trained staff sending out overpriced, nasty food. I won't touch it again."
