"We were overcharged for our order. We paid with our gift card balance, and I didn't notice the charge at the time. When I saw that it was more than twice what it should be, I reached out to Dunkin who then put me in touch with a manager named Tanner. We never heard anything back from him. Reading other reviews, it's obvious this location isn't ready to be open without more training on customer service."

"This was our first time in since their opening. Inside it seems like they are still under construction. Several of their fixtures, including the walls, are still taped off and unfinished. There are no signs on the Inside doors for the bathrooms, so you just have to try out your luck. There were also no napkins to be found, and it took forever to find the trash can. As for food, my wife and I both got coffee, which was tepid at best. The person at the counter was obviously bothered by my asking what kind a particular doughnut was, and I explained there was no label. Their response was that it was jelly-filled but no info on what kind. (It was cream-filled instead.) They also gave my wife a different kind of doughnut than what she asked for. I know all of these are first-world problems, but the location is too new to have these kinds of problems."

"I keep trying to like Dunkin Donuts but they are not up to par on their Cold Brew. 4 times I've ordered it with extra foam and every time they barely put any foam on it let alone extra. People seem nice but disorganized. It IS a new place so maybe it will improve"
