"This was one of the cleanest, fastest and friendly Steak 'n Shake I've ever seen. One of the owners of the franchise even came out to greet me when it must have appeared that the new Kiosks were unfamiliar. He explained the new setup and I have to say it sure made things easy. Our meals, all 8 of them were ready in no time and they were hot and tasty for all. Kudos to the staff in the back. Next time we're in town we'll be back."
