"Amazing customer service! I bought a pair of Durango Steel Toe Workboots from here in September and have been meaning to write this review since. The woman who helped me had dark hair at the Simpsonville location and was so helpful. She asked what I was looking for moments after I walked into the store and asked all of the right questions. I had not bought a pair of boots in 10 years and she made it an easy experience. The boots we went with are comfortable, look good, and did their job after I dropped a gate on my foot this weekend. Just an overall great experience and I’ll definitely be back!"
"Helpful knowledgable salesman. He assisted me in finding workboots with met guards, however, none of his inventory worked for me, so he recommended his father's store in Shelbyville, which is another Boot Depot store."
"I cannot recommend this place enough. I brought in a pair of boots that had a split through the middle of each sole. I seriously thought they were done for. However, he was able to bring him back to life and it cost me a fraction of what I would have paid for a new pair. He even polished him up to make him look good. I'll keep coming back here as long as his doors are still open."
