"Well luckily the employee that I dealt with knew about cars knew how to work the computer unlike everyone I've ever experienced at any and I do mean any AutoZone. Although I had to replace a fuel pump they still made that experience a little bit better by not frustrating me with giving me the wrong part not knowing how to work the computer and or just not knowing their job like every AutoZone that I have ever shopped at."

"We all know it, they upcharge significantly when comparing the product to online prices, but in a pinch, O'Reilly is the go-to. This place is just like any old O'Reilly. However, you can't go in without smelling the stench of cigarette smoke throughout the interior of the building and especially at the initial entrance. I don't know if the staff just smokes inside, in the little entryway, or just right outside the door, but I do know that it absolutely reeks of cigarette smoke inside. On top of this, the staff seems to be miserably unhappy working here. Every time I go in, (and I go at least once a week) there are at least 2 or 3 people in the back or up front behind the register cussing up a storm complaining about the owner, personal situations, or customers. I've heard every cuss word in the book almost every time I go in, and it's downright unprofessional and disrespectful. These consistent experiences have earned this store a 2-star review. It would be a 1-star review but the guys who work here aren't bad at their job, their attitude and conversations are a clear reflection of the management. Before the workers are reprimanded for anything I wrote down here, the management to take into consideration the actions that have been taken to cause all of their employees to act like this. This is not an isolated incident, this is consistent behavior amongst the entire staff. Do better."
