"Well this particular visit O'Reilly's was unlike most their enjoyable this one was not so much and you are both somewhat of a disappointment I dropped off a 12-volt car battery to be charged and tested and to my surprise when I return to pick it up I was told that it was tested out fine I took it home plugged it up to the system in which I normally plug it up to and it was dead as a door now can you tell me a battery that is charged and tested should be producing 12 amps and then some but this particular time this one was only producing 5.6 so apparently they did not charge it nor test it simply fudge the ticket and handed it back over not good O'Reilly's but I forgive you I'll be back tomorrow"
