"Our washer broke the first week of October and GE can’t repair it until the end of the month. We used a laundry service that ended up charging an insane amount of money ($74) for a very small bag of clothes and an even smaller bag of towels! So I had to do something different. I googled laundry mats and this company had great reviews and people mentioned how friendly the owners are. My husband and I brought in 5 bags of laundry and ended up having to use 6 washers to divide it all up it was so much. As soon as we walked in the owners (I assume the owners) greeted us with a smile and helped explain which washers hold what and what each setting should be based on what we were putting in. Both the man and woman (hate I didn’t get names) were extremely helpful but also friendly. Quick chats here and there and all were pleasant and laughter. A few of the washers and dryers were out of service but that is to be expected as they’re used frequently. Even so, we never had to sit around waiting for an open dryer or washer and moved right along with our process without issues. We arrived around 10am on a Sunday and it wasn’t too busy but by the time we left around noon the place had picked up a steady flow. Still lots of room to move around in and able to maneuver your cart. Definitely will return anytime we need to do laundry outside the home."
