Starbucks

"There were no issues with my drink, but every table needed cleaning, and the furniture and space were not in great condition. I was there for about 90 mins, and the staff didn't check or clean the lobby once, despite being very slow. The toilet in the bathroom desperately needed cleaned...feces visible under the seat. I know that keeping the lobby and restrooms clean is not a glamorous job, but it makes a big difference in customer experience."

"This location can be a hit or miss between orders. I got my order of 3 drinks. I got my chai tea latte and it was weak, despite another location having the same flavor every single time. The Holiday manor location has the same level of flavor every time. It was definitely not made the same. I also got a hot chocolate and it was so weak, and it was a whole new level of weak. There was not one ounce of chocolate in there and I also got shorted quite a bit of drink, like over an inch was missing. It tasted like milk and peppermint syrup. I gave up and added a packet of hot chocolate I had at home, but considering how much these drinks are, I shouldn't have to. I only did because I had already gone home. It was pure white color and absolutely not chocolate. My mom ordered a milk earlier that morning and an employee had put ice in it. Again, not how it is. You just put milk in a cup. That's literally it. I don't understand why they are being stingy, but I paid plenty for these drinks, you should make them how they should be made. If another location is consistent with everything and you are not, then it's this location, not Starbucks. I will just stay with the locations that I know will do it right."

"There's a bee infestation on the patio. Anaphylactic shock is real for some people and it's a lawsuit waiting to happen if you get swarmed by bees just being out front on the patio. None of the other stores around here have this problem. Please get a trap or spray. I love this place but I just can't handle getting stung and having my throat close up. Great service, great products, great people, but please get rid of the bees."

"Now I’m not usually one to complain about anything. But this is the second time I’ve gotten a drink from this specific Starbucks and it’s been half full. I thought it felt light but I was just imagining it… until I got home and popped the top and it was this… on top of it all it was SUPER bitter. Like inedible. For a white chocolate mocha… i don’t know if they just didn’t finish making it before giving it to me or what but it was a waste of money and time."
