"I was a long time customer of oriellys, but now that's changed. I bought a spark plug wire set. I did not see this manufactures defect until I went to put them on. I took the bad wire back to store thinking it wasn't going to be an issue. I was told that they could not accept the return unless they were all together in the set. This was an issue since they were all installed. There was no reason the plug wire couldn't have been switched out with a new one. Looks like they lost a long time customer."
