"It's a Starbucks. Prompt service but kind of skimpy on the whipped cream on my hot chocolate. They put your mug in a ceramic mug to get your order processed, so they do take outside mugs, even mine from the Dollar Tree. The tables are few, and tables with stools pervade the place including one smack dab in the middle of the square footage of the place. You run into it before you get to the ordering counter on the innermost side of the counter. I preferred Heine Bros at Bardstown Road and Douglass, but alas! It is gone, turned into a bar!"

"Had a great experience here today! Customer service exceeded expectations. Matthew served us at the register and was so patient and knowledgeable with our questions. He greeted us with a smile and was so kind throughout our interaction, going the extra mile to watch for when we were ready with our order while he was cleaning. So thoughtful! The other workers, Savannah and Aiden (forgive me if there is a misspelling!) were also very kind, courteous, and were working heartily. Definitely one of the best service interactions at Starbucks. I would definitely come in to be served by these guys!"

"They got my order completely wrong. I asked for a caramel crunch frap and they gave me a strawberry shortcake frap, it was very nasty tasting, and messy as well, it made a mess all in my cup holder and seat. Other then the fact that my drink was very wrongfully and poorly made, the costumer service was okay and they made what I originally asked for. Every time I go they never have anything that’s displayed on the menu either!! I wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks for frappuccinos, or maybe they just need better baristas, that’s just my opinion!!"
