"I would give you zero stars if I could. This is the second time that I have not gotten my full order with nobody in line. Still cannot get a order correctly learn to do your job. Worst Taco Bell in history do not go there. They will just take your money and not give you food."

"I was the only one in line at the time of my order as it was 10p. I ordered the chicken chalupa meal, veggie burrito, and cheesy gordita crunch. I waited a total of 12 mins for my order. When I got home, I noticed that the veggie burrito was replaced with a crunchy taco, the cheesy gordita crunch was missing the tortilla and cheese wrap, and my chalupa tortilla was hard and stale while the hard taco was supposed to be replaced with a soft taco. The person who took my order, and who was at the window, was courteous. I believe we are past the amount of time for this many mistakes. Hopefully, the franchise owner can step in and fix the issues."

"I have never had cold food from a Taco Bell until I went here. I’m not even exaggerating that part. There were genuinely parts of my burritos that were ice cold. It was as if the food wasn’t being properly heated. As well as me asking for them not to add tomatoes and lettuce yet they were still there. The staff was nice and I have nothing to say against them. At the end of the day we are all human."
