"I stop here once or twice per week. Since the self checkout has been installed the employees stand behind the counter talking and completely ignoring their customers. I refuse to use it. Why pay a convenience fee when it's anything but! I don't work here! This store looks like an absolute wreck. If you eat anything that is not air-sealed you're trusting circle k with your life!"

"Doesn't answer phone at late hours, or at all really. As someone that works late hours - I can't even get a beer sometimes after work before 3am, they lie and say they can't sell it. I've went in during the day to buy smokes and the only thing that was available to check out was the self check out machine, but a cashier needs to see an ID, nobody in sight, stood their for awhile before someone noticed. They don't do their job, they screw around and rely on that dumb machine and they get paid for doing nothing, while they also have an attitude. I know it's just a gas station, but honestly don't do the job if you don't like it. Horrible customer service, I guess the staff feel like they are above everyone else. Won't be going back, I'd rate zero stars if I could."

"first time i went, cashier couldnt be bothered to stop talking to friends outside and had to wait over five minutes just to check out a coffee. this last time i went, i was approaching the register and about a foot away when the cashier at the only open register started talking to the group of girls who had just walked in about her pregnancy and completely ignored me."

"The employees are very rude, (Donna) and very incompetent. Waited almost ten min. for them to finish smoking before they would come back in to check me out. The store is a wreck. Drink dispensers aren't working half the time. There is a new store/gas station down the street, I've had it. Will not be back and will not recommend it to anyone."

"Do not use the self check out. Even though there is a sign saying you have to do not use it. I went in there this morning and used the self check out to buy $4.05 worth of things. I checked my bank account afterwards because I needed to get gas and the self check out took out $101.00. I instantly went inside where the employee working had called the boss over the store, and I was pretty much told that I would have to wait for it to be released to my account that it was on hold. Why in the actual hell would you put $101 on hold for $4.05 worth of stuff. This is unacceptable."
