"Excellent customer service!"

"Obviously American Eagle clothing is great, however, this store is not. The manager checked me out and wasn’t paying any attention to me as she was on her little radio talking to one of her employees about another customer. Sorry lady but i’m right in front of you checking out so why is that more important? This isn’t even the bad part, I’m not worried about her giving me attention at all. The part that is really unfortunate is the fact that she didn’t take off the security tag at check out so now I have two pairs of khaki’s that aren’t wearable. I live 2+ hours away from this store so how am I supposed to fix this situation. It’s ridiculous that a MANAGER cannot do their job correctly. The whole store seemed to be pretty unorganized to begin with so I guess they need a change of leadership."

"I was so excited to go into this store and find some deals! I just recently had a baby and was excited to find new clothes since my postpartum body is so different. I wasn’t greeted by a single staff member and I got several dirty looks. I was already insecure about my body, and the looks I was getting made me feel even worse. I felt like I wasn’t welcome there since I am now heavier than I was before. I will not be returning to American eagle. I left feeling so bad about myself. Thanks Simpsonville AE."

"I take my granddaughter here because she loves this place, she's 15 and a little bit of a healthy girl. I wish they would have more large and extra large products, there's more shapely girls these days than twiggies."

"This outlet shop was really great! I was a little apprehensive because I was returning Christmas gifts without a receipt, but the girl who helped me was wonderful! She asked me why I was returning the apparel and what I was looking for instead. After looking around the store for a couple minutes and she asked more specific questions and went to the stock room to find pieces that weren't on the floor. She picked out the perfect sweater!! She went above and beyond for me, and I just really appreciate it!"
