"I purchased a sofa from Big Lots a few weeks ago, had it delivered, and the entire experience was painless. I wanted to leave a great review because we are so pleased. We walked in and found the sofa we wanted. Went to the furniture counter and requested it be delivered. $55 delivery fee was cheaper than the other furniture stores we were considering. Checkout, payment, and delivery scheduling took about 5 minutes total. We purchased on a Sunday and it was delivered that following Wednesday morning which is what we scheduled. I kept waiting for something to go wrong but nothing did. We couldn't be happier we chose Big Lots. For $365 our sofa looks great and is very comfortable. We'll likely start here next time."
