"Hopefully you're not interested in a specific position. Although you interviewed for it & were offered a specific job & hours, they will not stand by what they say. Management can't figure out why there is a turn over rate because "the work isn't hard" ....... 2 days of training and I can tell you, they are the sole reason for their turn over rate."
"Not even open 6 months and the customer service is horrid. Prices didn't ring up what was on the table sign. Asked the girl at the counter and, after rolling her eyes.. literally.., she scanned it with her phone to tell me the same price the register said. I explained that on the table the digital sign said docent and She Rolled Her Eyes Again! I left and went next door to get my Jeans and the $100 gift cards I was getting for Christmas gifts. If you don't want or business we have other options."
"I love having A Kohl’s store so close. The one thing the store is lacking is customer service the store overall is clean neat but on a return a guy standing behind counter talking about money he lost while I am waiting to get my return done and leave. Hope this is worked out,"
"The customer service here was horrible. Had a $20 kohls cash to use and could not even use it because their system registered it as $10. Very disappointing. The manager was going to have to make a phone call before he could override $10 on a $100 purchase. Will definitely be my last visit to this store. Very unprofessional."
