"EDITED: There is an employee who still works here somehow who really just has an attitude problem. She has been there for years and I have no idea how she still has her job. I am dropping this down to 2 stars from 4 because I believe this person needs a job in another field that is not customer service. She is rude and makes assumptions, and clearly does not care about the customers' time. She makes me not want to come here. I have switched to another location further away now, as I have had too many bad experiences with her. If I knew her name I would let them know in a proper complaint but I always forget to ask. All the other employees have always been great but it just isn't worth it when you have someone who soooo clearly conveys how much they hate their job and customers. OLD REVIEW: There are at least 4 employees here who I have always found super helpful and kind. One star for each of them. There are a couple of employees here though who I have not had very good experiences with, who have either been pushy, talked down to me, or even said insulting things, which I assume was all unintentional. But it still happened. I love this store and would recommend it but you never know if you are going to get the best service ever, or terrible service. It is a toss up, sadly. That is why I can't give the 5th star. Either way, they have a great selection of merchandise. Can never go wrong with an LB dress. Miss it when they had a bigger section of bras though!"

"Rarely do I walk into a Lane Bryant and not have to wait forever. Today, I walked in, got what I wanted, waited about 15 seconds while the employeehelped another customer, asked to try something on and came out and was able to check out immediately! Although the traffic is insane at 430pm in this area, my experience was awesome!! Definitely a repeat customer here!!"

"I'd never been into a Lane Bryant before, but had a teenage houseguest who needed a bra and Victoria's Secret didn't have her size (!) The sales lady, Jennie, was so patient and helpful. She helped this girl find her size and checked her fit, very appropriately and professionally. She made her feel so comfortable and pampered. The women who worked there were all pleasant to me and didn't treat me like an outsider even though I'm a size 2 and can't wear any of the clothing in the store. I wish I could--they had some really cute bathing suits!"

"Most of the staff were very helpful. I did encounter a lady that was following me around I'm assuming thinking I was going to shoplift. Finally after following me around for 20 minutes she asked if she could take my items to the counter... I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for her."
