"Went to go get a pizza, app didn’t work and refunded my order to me. Came up to the drive thru window and somehow it took three people to take our order. We ordered a thin crust pizza bro. I heard in the back two employees making fun of my name. All in all weird experience."

"Gave me the wrong pizzas. It was pouring rain came home got ready to eat my family opened the boxes wrong pizzas. I went back still pouring rain manager said I will comp your next pizzas guess what they didn't do. Yeah won't patronize your business again. To many other places with better food that your subpar pizza."

"NEVER ORDER HERE.Ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and bread sticks. Both items we're completely raw hadn't been put through the oven at all, i called and asked for a refund, some bad attitude kid told me it was not his problem and hung up on me, so i called customer service and no matter what I said i was transferred to the restaurant and they would not pick up. So had drive down there and get my back. Staff and customer service are very rude and unprofessional. Update gave it another chance two years later and it somehow has gotten worse they don't have delivery drivers even they use doordash my delivery drivers had no change so i was forced to give him a thirty dollar tol and my food was under cooked"

"Quick, hot and delicious. 1st time in a long time I have got a pizza this quick and hot and fresh as well. Only 1 problem. They do not give out napkins & paper plates anymore which I think is a disservice to all Hut loyal customers. At $5.25 delivery charge you get absolutely no amenities. I always loved getting the packages of parmesan cheese & red peppers in the foil packages. And no napkins? The whole point of take out is no clean up. But now you have to drag out plates and napkins and parmesan of your own. I really feel that this is a disservice. Makes my day when I can sit down eat with absolutely no clean up. But no more. If I was getting the pizza for kids after the game and eating at the picnic table I would have to bring all this stuff myself. So that will be the only downfall of Pizza Hut!!! Please think about providing customers with this service. I would be willing to pay maybe $1 for plates & napkins. So many restaurants have quit putting any napkins ,plastic ware, salt, pepper at the drive thru. Take a minute and consider the reason we are eating out?? 1) dont want to cook. 2) no clean up 3) the fun of it. But all the fun is gone when you are eating at the park and the kids cant eat because they got no plastic ware or napkins!! Ruin my evening in a flash!!"

"Sad. Ordered at 735p / 9pm later and an unknown 3rd party delivery service NEVER mentioned at ordering we got ice cold pizza. 1.9 miles in 1h 30m. Cold pizza. First and last time for this mistake. 6 updates on delivery times. Pathetic."
