"Horrible location!!!!!!! Do NOT order from here! They screwed up my last order but promised to credit me $30 due to that. I placed a new order a week later and they hung up on me 9 times! Called corporate and Corporate acted like they couldn't do anything. This should be simple but this has been a horrible ordeal and has only left me more angry!"

"Went in to order. Rang both bells. Girl finally came out and ask if I already ordered. I said no I want to place an order. She passed over me and waited on the lady behind me who kept adding to her already existing order. I left because she totally ignored me a white woman to wait on the black woman who came in the store after me. I won’t be back. Rotten service with attitude"

"The short wait time and Customer Service experience was great. The Staff greeted me and others that walked in for our carryout orders. However, the pizza that I ordered had very little toppings on it. There was barely pepperoni, grilled chicken and green peppers on it. Unfortunately, it tasted more like a cheese pizza than a pizza with added toppings on it for an additional price. The Cinnabon dessert was great but the portion was very small compared to the slightly bigger size they use to offer. I would order online for carryout at the Outer Loop location again if the next pizza I order could have the toppings on it that I pay for please. The inside and outside of the restaurant was very clean."

"Second time this has happened!! Ordered 2 pizza melts. Both arrived with only some unmelted cheese inside! And no dipping sauces. They are supposed to come with 1 dipping sauce each. I paid for 2 extra. The first time that it happened…. I called the establishment… they blew me off!! So glad that DoorDash refunded my money!! When they get the order correct…. The melts are amazing!!"
